Tarsus Group PLC18 April 2007 18 April 2007 Tarsus Group plc (the 'Company') Annual General Meeting Statement At the annual general meeting of Tarsus Group plc, to be held later today, theBoard of the Company will issue the following statement: "Our strong performance in 2006 resulted from increased new product developmentsupplemented by complementary acquisitions. We also decided to broaden the baseof the Group by the acquisition in November of MCII, a global medical eventsbusiness. Trading for the first quarter of 2007 has been fully in line with ourexpectations and bookings for the year as a whole are ahead of where they wereat a similar stage last year. The integration of MCII is now substantiallycomplete and, encouragingly, MCII's first major US event in 2007 taking placethis month in Orlando is tracking very significantly ahead of the 2006 event.
