NOTICE OF INTENTION TO REQUEST VOLUNTARY CANCELLATION OF THE LISTING OF ITS ORDINARY SHARES ON THE LONDON STOCK EXCHANGE

Further to the Company's announcement of 25 March 2020, and in accordance with Listing Rule 5.2.8, the Company hereby gives notice of its intention to request the UK Financial Conduct Authority (the "FCA") to cancel the standard listing of the Company's ordinary shares (the "Shares") on the standard segment of the Official List of the FCA and to request the London Stock Exchange to cancel the admission to trading of the Shares on the main market for listed securities of the London Stock Exchange (together, the "Cancellation").

Pursuant to Listing Rule 5.2.8, the Company is required to give at least 20 business days' notice of the intended Cancellation. Therefore, it is intended that the Cancellation will become effective from 8.00 a.m. on 1 June 2020 or such later date as the Company will announce, such that the last day of trading of the Shares on the main market of the London Stock Exchange would be 29 May 2020, or such later date that the Company will announce.

Following the Cancellation, it is intended that the Shares will be admitted to trading on the AIM market of the London Stock Exchange.
