Trinity Exploration & Production plc, the leading independent E&P company focused on Trinidad and Tobago, announces that on Friday, 5 June 2015 it posted to shareholders copies of the Report and Accounts together with a notice convening the Company's Annual General Meeting to be held at the offices of Pinsent Masons LLP, 30 Crown Place, London EC2A 4ES on 29 June 2015 at 9:30 a.m.
