Trinity Exploration & Production plc (AIM: TRIN), the independent E&P company focused on Trinidad and Tobago, announces that yesterday Philippa Dingwall, wife of Executive Chairman, Bruce Dingwall, Non-Executive Director, Angus Winther and Chief Financial Officer, Jeremy Bridglalsingh made the following purchases of shares in the Company:
Philippa Dingwall purchased 508,474 shares in the Company at a price of 5.90p per share. Following this transaction, Mr Bruce Dingwall is interested in 13,994,588 Ordinary shares in the Company representing 3.64 per cent of the issued share capital (voting rights), of the Company.
Angus Winther purchased 830,000 shares in the Company at a price of 6.00p per share. Following this transaction, Mr Winther is interested in 30,932,994 Ordinary shares in the Company representing 8.05 per cent of the issued share capital (voting rights), of the Company.
Jeremy Bridglalsingh purchased 203,320 shares in the Company at a price of 5.65p per share. Following this transaction, Mr Bridglalsingh is interested in 410,382 Ordinary shares in the Company representing 0.11 per cent of the issued share capital (voting rights), of the Company.
