Trinity Exploration & Production plc (AIM: TRIN), the independent E&P company focused on Trinidad and Tobago, announces that on 2 December 2021 Jeremy Bridglalsingh, Chief Executive Officer, purchased 6,798 shares in the Company at a price of GBP1.2692 per share.
Following this transaction, Mr Bridglalsingh is interested in 47,836 Ordinary shares in the Company representing 0.12% per cent of the issued share capital (voting rights), of the Company as per the following table:
