("Tricor" or the "Company")

Update on VAT Claim

Tricor announces that, further to the announcement on 7 September 2016, the Company will accept an application for costs from Her Majesty's Revenue and Customs' ("HMRC") of the First-Tier Tribunal proceedings.

The amount is still undetermined and the Company is under no obligation to accept the amount once received.

The Company will make any further announcements as appropriate once the full amount to be paid is determined.
