Spiritel PLC10 October 2005 For immediate release 10 October 2005 SPIRITEL PLC ("Spiritel" or "the Company") Spiritel Technologies signs supply agreement with PNC Telecom Services Spiritel plc (AIM: STP), the telecommunications services business, is pleased toannounce that it has signed an agreement with PNC Telecom Services ("PNC"), theUK numbering services company that specialises in premium rate services andnetwork based media delivery solutions, under which Spiritel Technologies willprovide PNC with a range of VoIP telephony services. PNC is a fully switched network operator and became a licensed PublicTelecommunications Operator (PTO) in 2001. PNC is among the most experiencednetwork operators in the UK, delivering solutions incorporating proven premiumcontent, integrated billing and non-geographic numbers. Spiritel Technologies will provide PNC with VoIP termination services includingbroadband telephony and related applications delivering voicemail, call-back,follow-me, conferencing, fax-to-email and auto-attendant. Call termination willalso be provided as part of the agreement.
