Director Shareholding
Notification under paragraphs 3.1.2R to 3.1.4R of the Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
The Company advises that Geoff Budd, Executive Director for Trifast purchased, through his personal pension fund, 30,900 ordinary shares on 25 June 2010 at a price of 32p per share.
Following the above purchase, Mr Budd now has a beneficial interest in 276,855 ordinary shares in the Company, representing approximately 0.32% of the Company's issued share capital.
