Cambium Global Timberland Limited (the "Company")

Transaction in Own Shares

Cambium Global Timberland Limited announces that, pursuant to its authority granted by shareholders of the Company to make market purchases of its own shares on 4 October 2010, the Company on 23 September 2011 purchased 450,000 ordinary shares for cancellation at a price of 54.25 pence per share.

Following the cancellation of these shares the Company will have 102,980,000 ordinary shares in issue.
