Directors Dealing

The Company confirms that following the receipt of a notice of exercise of options, it has today issued 75,000 Ordinary Shares (the "New Ordinary Shares") to Ann Kwan, the wife of Raymond Kwan, a director of the Company, at a price of 52p per New Ordinary Share.

Application has been made for the New Ordinary Shares to be admitted to trading on AIM and dealings are expected to commence on 6 July 2012.

The Company has also received notification that on Friday 29 June, Ann Kwan, also disposed of 17,000 ordinary shares in the Company at a price of 111p per share.

As a consequence of this exercise of options and subsequent disposal, Ann Kwan now holds 284,000 Ordinary Shares. Raymond Kwan also holds 1,899,850 Ordinary Shares and therefore Raymond Kwan is deemed to be interested in 2,183,850 Ordinary Shares in the Company representing 8.8% of the ordinary shares of the Company and 8.8% of the total voting rights.

Following the issue of the New Ordinary Shares, the number of Ordinary Shares in issue will increase to 24,823,192. For the purposes of the Financial Services Authority's Disclosure and Transparency Rules ("DTRs"), the issued ordinary share capital of the Company following this allotment consists of 24,823,192 Ordinary Shares with voting rights attached (one vote per Share). There are no Shares held in treasury. This total voting rights figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine whether they are required to notify their interests in, or a change to their interest in, Tracsis under the DTRs.
