Result of Extraordinary General Meeting of Shareholders
PJSC TransContainer ("TransContainer" or the "Company") (LSE: TRCN; MOEX: TRCN) announces the results of its Extraordinary General Meeting of shareholders ("EGM"), held on 30 April 2020, in the form of absentee voting.
The EGM passed the following resolutions:
1. Approval of a new edition of the Charter of PJSC TransContainer;
2. Approval of a new edition of the Regulation on the Board of Directors of PJSC TransContainer;
3. Approval of a new edition of the Regulation on the Management Board of PJSC TransContainer;
4. Approval of a Regulation on the sole executive body of PJSC TransContainer.
