Appointment of acting Chief Financial Officer

PJSC TransContainer ("TransContainer" or the "Company") (TRCN), Russia's leading intermodal container transportation and logistics company, today announces the appointment of Mr. Dmitry Moskovsky as acting Chief Financial Officer ("CFO") with immediate effect. Mr. Moskovsky replaced Mr. Konstantin Kalmykov, who has left the Company.
