Trafalgar New Homes (AIM:TRAF), the residential property developer operating in southeast England, announces that as at the date of this announcement the Company's issued share capital consists of 228,375,190 ordinary shares of 1p each ("Ordinary Shares") with each Ordinary Share carrying the right to one vote. There are no Ordinary Shares held in treasury. The total number of voting rights in Trafalgar New Homes is therefore 228,375,190.

The above figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they determine if they are required to notify their interest in or a change to their interest in the share capital of the Company under the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
