Director Disclosure

Trafalgar (AIM: TRAF), the AIM quoted residential property developer operating in southeast England, makes the following disclosure in relation to Gary Thorneycroft, Group Financial Director, pursuant to AIM Rule 17 and Schedule 2(g) of the AIM Rules for Companies.

Envirotech Energy Management Ltd, a company of which Gary Thorneycroft is a Director, was placed into liquidation on 15 June 2023. At the time of liquidation, Envirotech Energy Management Ltd had an estimated deficit to creditors of approximately £1,228,076.91, of which approximately £651,313 related to an inter company account with its majority shareholder, Envirotech Energy Solutions Ltd.
