The Panoply (AIM: TPX), a digitally native technology-enabled services company, announces that its Annual General Meeting ("AGM") will be held at the offices of Stifel, 150 Cheapside, London EC2V 6ET on 30 September 2019 at 11 a.m.
The Company yesterday posted its report and accounts for the financial year ended 31 March 2019, together with the notice of AGM, to those shareholders who have requested hard copies. Electronic copies of both documents are available to download on the Company's website at www.thepanoply.com/investor-hub/ in accordance with AIM Rule 20.
