Triple Point Income VCT plc

Dividend Declaration

The Board of Triple Point Income VCT plc has today resolved to pay the following interim dividends (together 'the Dividends'):

· 5.24p per share to C Class Shareholders;

· 6.02p per share to D Class Shareholders; and

· 4.76p per share to E Class Shareholders.

The Dividends will be paid on 21 October 2022 to those C Class, D Class and E Class Shareholders on the register at the close of business on 7 October 2022. The ex-dividend date will be 6 October 2022.
