PUBLICATION OF CIRCULAR
The Company announces that a circular (the "Circular") in relation to the cancellation of the C and D Class Shares and amendment of the Articles of Association has been published by the Company.
As reported in the Annual Report for the year ended 31 March 2022, the Company has decided to wind down the C and D Class Shares following the disposal of its hydroelectric assets.
The Circular sets out the proposals in full and provides notices of a general and C and D class meetings (the "Meetings") at which the resolutions to enable these proposals are to be considered by its shareholders.
If the resolutions are passed at the Meetings, Court hearings will then take place, following which the cancellation and extinguishment of the C and D Class Shares will be effected. Following the cancellation of the C and D Class Shares, they will subsequently be removed from the Official List of the Financial Conduct Authority ("FCA") and from trading on the London Stock Exchange.

In accordance with Listing Rule 9.6.1 copies of the documents have been submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and will shortly be available for inspection at https://data.fca.org.uk/#/nsm/nationalstoragemechanism.
A General Meeting of the Company will be held at 9.00am on 4 October 2022, followed by the C Shareholders' Class Meeting at 9.30am and the D Shareholders' Class Meeting at 9.45am. All Meetings will be held at 1 King William Street, London, EC4N 7AF.
