The People's Operator (AIM: TPOP), the cause-based commercial mobile virtual network operator, was informed on 26 April 2016 that on the same day, Jimmy Wales, Executive Chairman, purchased 100,000 ordinary shares of £0.0005 each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 20 pence per Ordinary Share.
Following this purchase Jimmy Wales holds 6,086,760 Ordinary Shares, representing 7.89 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital.
