The board of Travis Perkins plc ("the Company") has today been notified of the purchase on 3 December 2012 by the person named below of ordinary shares of 10p each in the Company ("shares"), under the Travis Perkins Share Matching Scheme, at a price of £11.07. As a result of these purchases, such person has the beneficial interests in shares set out below. In addition, the Investment Matching Award over the number of shares set out below were made to such person on 4 December 2012.
