Non-executive Director changes
Corac announces that Sian Westerman resigned as a non-executive director on 19 April 2010, ahead of the Company's AGM on 24th June, as a result of pressures on her time from other commitments.
Alan Wood considered this to be an appropriate time for a new non-executive team to support the recently appointed CEO in the next phase of Corac's development and also resigned as non-executive director on 19 April 2010.
Both of these announcements come into effect immediately.
The Board would like to thank Sian and Alan for their significant contribution to the Company and wishes them well for the future.
Corac is actively engaged in securing new non-executive directors on the Board in the next important stage of the Company's development through field trials and commercialisation of the business.
