Board Update

TP Group (AIM: TPG), the specialist technology, engineering and managed solutions group, announces that further to the Group's announcement of 11 January 2016, Mark Crawford has now stepped down from his role as a member of the Board and as Chief Financial Officer of the Group.

As previously stated, Mark will continue to work with the Group to finalise the accounts for the 2015 financial year and in order to conduct a smooth transition with his replacement.

TP Group's search for a replacement Chief Financial Officer is well advanced and an update will be made to the market on completion of this process.
