Board Appointment
Corac Group plc ('Corac' or the 'Company') (AIM: CRA) is pleased to announce the appointment of Sian Westerman as a Non-Executive Director with immediate effect.
Sian Westerman, aged 45, is currently a Managing Director in the Investment Banking Division of NM Rothschild & Sons Limited. In this role, Sian specialises in complex mergers, acquisitions and disposals, capital raisings, corporate governance, strategic advice and investor communication issues. She provides advice to a wide range of public and private companies and private equity houses, acting for blue-chip UK companies as well as a variety of small and medium sized businesses. Sian is a Director of NM Rothschild Corporate Finance Limited, a Non-Executive Director of A.S.H.S Limited, the holding company for the business of Anya Hindmarch and a director of Westside Independent School. She qualified as a solicitor with Slaughter and May in 1988 and holds an LLB (French) from the University of Birmingham. In 2003 she was named Harpers & Queen/Chanel Business Woman of the Year.
