PDMR share dealing
Town Centre Securities PLC, the Leeds, Manchester, Scotland, and London property investment, development and car parking company, announces it was notified on 2 October 2018 that Michael Ziff sold 50,000 TCS ordinary shares on 2 October 2018 at a price of 270 pence per share, representing 0.09% of the Company's issued ordinary share capital.
Following the sale Michael Ziff's shareholding in TCS now totals 2,559,513 beneficial shares and remains unchanged at 9,324,033 non-beneficial shares. These holdings equate to 4.8% and 17.5% respectively of the total issued share capital.
