Notification of transactions of Directors/Persons discharging managerial responsibility and connected persons

The Company has been notified that on the 8 July, Duncan Syers, Finance Director, purchased 9,783 ordinary shares in the Company in his Self-Invested Pension Plan (SIPP) at an average price of 300 pence per share

As a result of these transactions, Duncan Syers has a beneficial holding of 19,783 shares, representing 0.04% of the Company's issued share capital.

Notification of the above transactions is made in accordance with Disclosure Rule 3.1.4R.
