Amended directors' notification

The following amendments have been made to the Director/PDMR Shareholding announcement released on 5th March 2014 at 17.41 under RNS No. 6316B.

An incorrect amount of shares was allocated to two directors, and are identified below with an asterisk (*). All other details remain unchanged. The full amended text is shown below:

Total Produce plc announces that it has been notified today, 5th March 2014 by the Total Produce plc Employee Benefit Trust that they have purchased a total number of 1,127,624 ordinary shares of €0.01 each in the capital of the company at a price of €0.981 per share, as Trustee of the Total Produce plc Short Term Incentive Plan.

The ordinary shares are held by the Trust on behalf of the Directors, as listed below, and cannot normally be disposed of for a period of at least five years from the date of purchase.
