Total voting rights
Following the Tender Offer where 9,331,940 Shares were validly tendered, the remaining Shares in issue total 361,450,000, of which 50,264,733 Shares are held in treasury. Shares held in treasury carry no voting rights, therefore the total number of voting rights in the Company will be 311,185,267. This figure may be used by shareholders and other investors as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FCA's Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules.
