Board Change
Time Out Group (AIM: TMO), the global media and leisure business, today announces that Adam Silver has decided to step down from the Board, with effect from July 31st 2020 and leave the Company for personal reasons. As a result, the Board has begun a formal process to identify and appoint a successor to Adam.
Julio Bruno, CEO of Time Out Group plc, stated:

Adam joined February 2018 and throughout his time the Company continued its growth and diversification, successfully opening five new Time Out Markets in North America while delivering significant operational efficiencies throughout the business. Adam leaves the Board and the Company with our very best wishes "
