Transactions in own shares
PAO "TMK" (TMK or TMK Group), one of the world's leading producers of tubular products for the oil and gas industry, announces the purchases on the open market of the total number of 16,157 depositary receipts(1) (ISIN US87260R2013) during the period from 13 February 2019 to 14 February 2019 at the volume weighted average price of RUB 196.543 per depositary receipt pursuant to the buy-back programme approved by TMK's Board of Directors on September 10, 2018.
The purchases were made by "Volzhsky Pipe Plant" Joint stock company, a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Company.
