OAO TMK18 May 2007 May 18, 2007 OAO "Surgutneftegas" and OAO "TMK" Enter Strategic Partnership Agreement OAO "Surgutneftegas" and OAO "TMK" entered into a long-termstrategic partnership agreement. The agreement was signed in Moscow bySurgutneftegas CEO Vladimir Bogdanov and TMK CEO Konstantin Semerikov. This long-term strategic partnership agreement is valid for three years, withpossible prolongation. Looking to strengthen their market positions in Russiaand abroad, the parties agreed to cooperate in the production and supply ofsteel pipes. Steel pipes produced by TMK plants will be supplied toSurgutneftegas to meet its oil production needs. The volume of tubular goodsshipped within the frames of this agreement is valued at USD 1bln.
