OAO TMK20 April 2007 April 20, 2007 TMK Announces Top Management Appointments OAO TMK ("TMK" or "the Company"), announced today that it has appointed VladimirShmatovich as its Senior Vice-President for Strategy and Business Development.After leading TMK's IPO as CFO, Mr. Shmatovich will now focus on TMK's strategicdevelopment, including mergers and acquisitions, the Company's capital marketsactivity, and the handling of all external communications, including investorrelations and stock exchange regulatory compliance. Mr. Shmatovich was born in Moscow in 1964. He completed an MBA program in 1993at the University of Notre Dame (IN, USA). Prior to joining TMK in 2005, heworked as CFO in Udmurtneft (Oil &Gas), Director for Financial Control inSIDANCO (Oil & Gas) and CFO of Ruspromauto (Automotive). Tigran Petrosyan, previously Vice-President for Planning and Budgeting, has beenappointed as CFO of TMK to focus on current operational and financialmanagement. Before joining TMK in 2001, Mr. Petrosyan worked as Head of Planningand Budgeting of Volzhsky Pipe Plant. Mr. Petrosyan was born in 1968 andgraduated from Yerevan State University.
