Director dealing and exercise of LTIPs

The Mission Marketing Group plc ("TMMG, themission®"), the UK marketing communications group, announces that it has been notified by Stephen Boyd, Non-Executive Director, that he has disposed of 153,847 ordinary shares in the Company on 14 June 2010 to Peter Fitzwilliam, Interim CFO of the Company, at 13p per share. Following the disposal, Stephen Boyd has an interest in 230,768 ordinary shares representing approximately 0.3 per cent. of the issued share capital of the Company. Following the purchase, Peter Fitzwilliam has an interest in 153,847 ordinary shares representing approximately 0.2 per cent. of the issued share capital of the Company.

In addition, the Company has also been notified of the exercise of, in aggregate, 167,053 nil-priced option awards over the corresponding number of ordinary shares of 10p each under the terms of The Mission Marketing Group plc Long-Term Incentive Plan ("LTIP"). 167,053 existing ordinary shares of 10p each, already purchased by The Mission Marketing Group Employee Benefit Scheme ("EBT"), will be used to satisfy these LTIP option awards.

The Company's issued share capital will continue to be 72,460,444 ordinary shares of 10p each.

The above figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company, under the Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
