Total Voting Rights
In accordance with Rule 5.6.1 of the FCA's Disclosure and Transparency Rules (the "Rules"), the Company notifies the market of the following:
Following settlement and cancellation of all purchased ordinary shares, as at 1 March 2024, the issued capital of the Company comprised 514,417,674 ordinary shares of £0.01 each. All of the issued ordinary shares carry voting rights of one vote per share and the Company does not hold any shares in treasury. This figure may be used by shareholders (and others with notification obligations) as the denominator for the calculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the under the Rules.
