The Company announces that its Annual General Meeting is to be held at Floor 2, Trafalgar Court, Les Banques, St Peter Port, Guernsey on 27 June 2019 at 2.00 pm.
The Notice of Annual General Meeting, together with the Form of Proxy, have been submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and will shortly be available for inspection at www.morningstar.co.uk/uk/NSM and will shortly be available to download from the Company's website at www.trianinvestors1.com. The Annual Report and Financial Statements for the period from 24 August to 31 December 2018 are available to download from the Company's website.
