Director/PDMR Shareholding
The Company was informed today, 14 February 2018 by Paul Johnson that he has today acquired 250,000 ordinary shares of 0.01 pence each in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 3.10 pence each.
Following the above mentioned acquisition, Paul Johnson and his closely associated persons are beneficially interested in 32,250,000 Ordinary Shares, representing 5.00 per cent of the issued share capital of the Company.
