Thor Mining PLC ("Thor" or the "Company") (AIM, ASX: THR) advises that Mr David Thomas, a Director of the Company, purchased 1,000,000 Thor shares on 28 September 2012 on-market for consideration of A$17,775.
Following the transaction, Mr Thomas' beneficial interest is 1,000,000 Ordinary Shares held directly, being an interest of 0.12% in the issued share capital of the Company.
