Terrace Hill Group PLC04 June 2007 For immediate release 04 June 2007 Terrace Hill Group plc ("Terrace Hill" or the "Company") Total Voting Rights and Share Capital In order to comply with the Transparency Directive's Chapter 5, the Companynotifies the market of the following: Following completion of the placing of new ordinary shares on 1 June 2007 (asannounced on 25 May 2007) and as at the date of this announcement, the totalnumber of ordinary shares of 2p each of Terrace Hill in issue is 211,971,299. There are no shares held in treasury and so the total number of voting rights inthe Company is therefore 211,971,299. The above figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for thecalculations by which they will determine if they are required to notify theirinterest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the FinancialService Authority's Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
