PCA Shareholding
THG PLC (the "Company") announces that it was notified on 29 September 2022 of the purchase by FIC Shareco Limited ("FIC Shareco"), a PCA of a person discharging managerial responsibilities of the Company ("PDMR"), of 4,600,000 ordinary voting shares of £0.005 each in the capital of the Company, none of which are beneficially owned by FIC Shareco, any PDMR or any person closely associated with a PDMR.
The Company makes the below announcement and notification in accordance with the requirements of the UK Market Abuse Regulation:
