Notification under AIM Rule 17:
The Company was notified on 17 March 2009 that Philip Leech, Chief Executive of the Company, had on that day transferred 1,400,000 ordinary shares of 2p each in the Company ("Shares") from his investment account to his SIPP. The transfer was carried out at a price of 18.504p per Share.
Following this transaction Philip Leech is deemed to have an unchanged total beneficial interest of 1,614,447 Shares. Philip Leech's holding represents 0.76% of the total issued share capital of the Company.
