Director changes

Terrace Hill Group plc (AIM: THG), the UK property development and investment group, announces that Mr Kelvin Hudson has today resigned as a non-executive director of the Company, with effect from 3rd June 2010. In addition, the directors of the Company also announce the appointment of Mr Andrew Nicholas ("Nick") Gaskell, aged 60, as non-executive director of the Company, with effect from 3rd June 2010.

Nick Gaskell has been a partner at Saffery Champness since 1981, where he specialises in corporate finance and floatations on UK listed markets and also advises private companies. Nick Gaskell also acts as one of the trustees for a number of the Adair family trusts.

Disclosures for the purposes of AIM Rule 17 and Schedule 2 (g) of the AIM Rules are set out in the Appendix below.

Commenting, Robert Adair, Terrace Hill's chairman, said:
