Appointment of Director

Tekmar Group (AIM: TGP), a leading provider of technology and services for the global offshore energy markets, is pleased to announce the appointment of Leanne Wilkinson as Chief Financial Officer and an Executive Director of the Board effective immediately.

Leanne joined Tekmar in July 2020 as Tekmar Energy Finance Director within the Group before taking up the role of Group Finance Director and has been Interim Chief Financial Officer since 1 December 2022 following Derek Bulmer's resignation. Leanne is a qualified accountant with over 20 years of experience as a senior finance professional and business leader. Prior to joining Tekmar, Leanne previously worked in the manufacturing and technology sectors and has experience in business change, transformation, and integration.

Alasdair MacDonald, Chief Executive Officer, said: "We are delighted to confirm Leanne's appointment as CFO, having acted as interim since December 2022 and ably supported the business through the successful conclusion of the strategic review process. Leanne is a highly capable finance leader with a deep understanding of the business and was recruited with a view to assuming the role of CFO in time."

Additional information in respect of the AIM Rules

The following information regarding the appointment of Leanne Wilkinson (nee Brackstone, aged 46) is disclosed pursuant to Schedule Two paragraph (g) of the AIM Rules for Companies ("AIM Rules"):

As at the date of this announcement, Leanne Wilkinson holds an interest in 489,130 ordinary shares in the Company equivalent to 0.36% of the Company's issued share capital.

Save as set out above, there is no further information to be disclosed in respect of Leanne Wilkinson under Schedule 2(g) of the AIM Rules.
