Tetragon Financial Group Limited ("TFG") Dividend Announcement

LONDON, Oct. 28, 2016 -- On 27 October 2016, the Board of TFG declared a dividend of U.S. $0.1675 (16.75 cents) per share in respect of Q3 2016. The ex-dividend date is 31 October 2016. The record date is 1 November 2016. Payment of the dividend will take place on 25 November 2016.

The TFG website (http://www.tetragoninv.com/investors/share-price-centre/dividends-and-other-distributions) includes information on TFG's Optional Stock Dividend Plan for those shareholders electing to receive dividends in the form of TFG shares.

Shareholders may elect to receive dividends in the form of TFG shares by making an election between 2 November and 11 November 2016. If no election is made, the dividend will be paid in cash on or around 25 November 2016.

Dividend per share (DPS) reflects the amount declared for each quarter for the period from Q4 2013 to Q3 2016.
