Result of Annual General Meeting
Aurasian announces that at the Company's Annual General Meeting ("AGM") held earlier today all resolutions were duly passed. As a result of the resolutions being passed the Company will undertake the share capital reorganisation proposed in the circular to shareholders dated 29 June 2016 and the Company will change its name to Tethyan Resources plc.

From 21 July 2016 there will be 89,193,163 New Ordinary Shares of 0.1 pence per share in issue. This figure may be used by shareholders as the denominator for the calculations by which they determine if they are required to notify their interest in, or a change to their interest in, the Company under the Disclosure and Transparency Rules.
