TPJ today announces that it received notification on 7 March 2012 that on that day Fraser McGee, a director of the Company, purchased 150,000 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company ('Ordinary Shares') at a price of 3.0795 pence per Ordinary Share.

Following this transaction, Mr McGee is interested in 261,111 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.07% of the total issued share capital of the Company together with an interest in 12,071,124 options with a strike price of 5 pence each.
