Director Share Holding

Aurasian Minerals plc announces that, further to the announcement made on 10 July 2015, the 36,123,852 ordinary shares in the capital of the Company ("Ordinary Shares") subscribed for by Peter Mullens are to be held as follows: 29,816,513 Ordinary Shares by Mullens Family Super Fund Pty Ltd as trustee for the Mullens Family Superannuation Fund and 6,307,339 Ordinary Shares by Fidelity Clearing Canada ULC in trust for Mullens Family Superannuation Fund of which Peter Mullens is the ultimate beneficiary.

Following the subscription, Mullens Family Super Fund Pty Ltd holds 29,816,513 Ordinary Shares equating to 7.16 per cent. of the Company's issued share capital and Fidelity Clearing Canada ULC holds 6,307,339 Ordinary Shares equating to 1.52 per cent of the Company's issued share capital.
