Triple Plate Junction Plc28 November 2007 For Immediate Release 28 November, 2007 Triple Plate Junction PLC (the "Company") Board changes Triple Plate Junction PLC (AIM : TPJ), the gold exploration company is pleasedto announces the following changes to its Board of Directors with immediateeffect. David Lees has resigned his position as Group Finance Director but will remainon the Board of Directors as a non-executive director. Peter Trevor Wright, 38, who has held the position of Group Financial Controllersince joining the Company in January, 2007, has been appointed as Group FinanceDirector. Mr Wright was a director of Makata Finance Limited from 31 March 2004 to 31 July2007. There are no further details required to be disclosed pursuant to scheduletwo, paragraph (g) (i) to (viii) of the AIM Rules.
