Treatt plc announces that the following amendments have been made to the Director/PDMR Shareholding which was released at 11:30 on 5 January 2015 under RNS 2718B.

The shares represent 0.002% of the issued share capital of the company not 0.25%.

Mr Hope's total beneficial holding stands at 152,026 being 0.29% of the issued share capital, not 26,372 being 0.25%. The final paragraph "Richard Hope was awarded 353 Free Shares and 1,272 Partnership Shares (for which he paid 141.5p per share) on 15 December 2014 under the all employee SIP. These shares, which represent 0.003% of the issued share capital of the company, are registered in the name of Treatt SIP Trustees Limited. Following this award Mr Hope's total beneficial holding stands at 150,950 shares being 0.288% of the issued share capital of the Company." Is deleted in its entirety.  All other details remain unchanged.

Notification of Transaction of Director

In accordance with Disclosure and Transparency Rule 3.1.2. (R), the Company was notified on 2 January 2015 that Richard Hope, Group Finance Director, purchased 1,076 ordinary shares of the Company on that day at a price of £1.40 per share. The shares, which represent 0.002% of the issued share capital of the company, are registered in the name of Alliance Trust Savings Nominees Limited.

Following this transaction Mr Hope's total beneficial holding stands at 152,026 shares being 0.29% of the issued share capital of the Company.
