Notification of Transaction of Director

In accordance with Disclosure and Transparency Rule 3.1.2. (R), the Company was notified on 6 January 2016 that Daemmon Reeve, Group CEO, purchased 4,245 ordinary shares of the Company on that day at a price of £1.675 per share. The shares represent 0.008% of the issued share capital of the company.

Following this transaction Mr Reeve's total beneficial holding stands at 139,121 shares being 0.26% of the issued share capital of the Company.
