Telecom Plus PLC30 April 2007 Telecom plus plc Voting Rights and Capital Telecom plus plc announces that, for the purposes of the provisions of theFinancial Services Authority's Disclosure and Transparency Rules, the totalnumber of ordinary shares of 5 pence each of Telecom plus plc in issue as at thedate of this notice is 68,954,677 with each share carrying the right to onevote. There are no shares held in treasury. The total number of voting rights in Telecom plus plc is therefore 68,954,677.
