Telecom Plus PLC received notification today that Melvin Lawson, Non-Executive Director, disposed of 700,000 ordinary shares in the Company of 5p each ("Ordinary Shares") on 26 June 2020 ("the Disposal"). The Disposal was conducted through Peel Hunt and Numis Securities.
The total number of Ordinary Shares in which Mr Lawson retains an interest is 1,436,744 Ordinary Shares, representing approximately 1.8 per cent. of the total voting rights in the Company.
