Telecom Plus PLC07 June 2006 Telecom plus PLC (the "Company") Directors' Shareholding Telecom plus plc has been informed today that Charles Wigoder, Stephen Davis andKeith Stella, directors of the Company, have on 7 June 2006, acquired, inaggregate, 15,000 ordinary shares of 5p each. Mr Wigoder acquired 5,500 shares,Mr Davis acquired 4,000 shares and Mr Stella acquired 5,500 shares, all at aprice of 107.25 pence per share. Following these purchases, Mr Wigoder nowbeneficially and non beneficially holds 15,944,041 shares representingapproximately 23.3 per cent. of the issued share capital of the Company, MrDavis holds 65,730 shares representing approximately 0.10 per cent. of theissued share capital of the Company and Mr Stella beneficially holds 68,564shares representing approximately 0.10 per cent. of the issued share capital ofthe Company.
